I spent my career inside technical manufacturing — first as a systems engineer building complex systems, then in product marketing supporting field teams, training sales organizations, and marketing $80 million product portfolios. I've lived the operational problems that slow companies down: disconnected tools, manual handoffs, information buried in spreadsheets and inboxes.
