Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at covalentsys.com or engaging Covalent Systems LLC for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Covalent Systems LLC provides automation, AI consulting, and workflow integration services to scientific instrument companies and small businesses. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work agreed upon in writing between Covalent Systems LLC and the client.

SMS Messaging Program

Covalent Systems LLC operates an internal SMS notification program for operational purposes. The following terms apply:

• Program description: Automated SMS notifications are sent to Covalent Systems staff to alert them of inbound voicemails and business communications.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on inbound call volume. You may receive multiple messages per day.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at ian@covalentsys.com.
• Carriers: Covalent Systems LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Covalent Systems LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom automation tools, workflows, and systems built for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Covalent Systems LLC provides services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any deliverable for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business data, and proprietary workflows as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed services using trusted third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
